Federico II sets foreign students' fees by citizenship, not by the family ISEE, and non-EU citizens are fully exempt from the enrolment contribution. They pay only the regional tax, €151 (₹17,000) when the family lives abroad, and the €16 stamp duty; the university's English page gives €140 instead. Source: Federico II, enrolment guide 2026/27, partial exemptions.

Worked example: A first-year student from India pays €167 (₹18,000) in 2026/27 whatever the family income: the €151 regional tax and €16 stamp duty, with no contribution. No ISEE parificato is needed for the fee, but the ADISURC scholarship asks for one. We prepare the ISEE parificato with the family for the ADISURC scholarship and file the enrolment documents with the university.

Reality check

  • Places are limited on English-taught degrees. English-taught Medicine has 45 places for non-EU applicants in 2026/27, and Biology for One Health takes up to 30 non-EU students.
  • The Universitaly window is short. For 2026/27 it ran from 5 May to 15 June 2026, and courses such as TEAM closed their own pre-admission on 30 May.
  • Documents decide enrolment and the scholarship. Enrolment needs the declaration of value or a CIMEA certificate, and ADISURC needs an ISEE parificato by 31 March 2027.
  • Italian still matters. Daily life, internships and Italian-taught courses need it; Italian-taught degrees ask for B2.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and the DSU application, prepared with you. The university decides admission, the region decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

How does ApplyAZ handle applications to the University of Naples Federico II?

For eligible students, we take care of the whole application to the University of Naples Federico II. We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare the DSU scholarship application (ADISURC) with you.

We focus on Italian public universities and consider selected exceptions when they fit the student’s needs. We have no private-university tie-ups and receive no university commissions. Decisions remain with the relevant authorities: the university decides admission, the region decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.
