Your journey to study in Europe, guided from A to Z.
ApplyAZ is a Canadian education consultancy that guides students into degree programs and immersive experiences at European universities, with a focus on Italy. We support the full process so you and your family are never left to figure it out alone.
Registered in Ontario, Canada
Founded by Canadians who studied in Italy
Our story
ApplyAZ started with one Canadian who left home for Rome and built a life there.
In 2015, Paris Kor left Canada for Italy to pursue a Master's in Finance at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome. She found her own apartment, navigated Italian bureaucracy, and earned her degree, taught entirely in English. After graduating, she was offered a position at the United Nations in Rome.
Along the way, people began reaching out. Friends, then strangers, all asking the same question: how did you actually get there, and who helped you? The answer was no one. She had figured it out alone.
People were not looking for information. They were looking for guidance they could trust, from someone who understood both the practical steps and the emotional weight of the decision.
That is the gap ApplyAZ was built to close. A team of people who have personally walked this path, supporting students and their families through every stage of the journey, from the first eligibility check to the day they arrive on campus.

What "A to Z" actually means
Six stages we guide you through, start to finish.
Each stage below has a named person on our team responsible for it. You will always know who is handling what, and how to reach them.
1
Before you apply
Eligibility screening and program matching
We assess your academic background, language level, financial readiness, and visa eligibility. Then we match you to programs where you have a real chance of acceptance, not a wishlist.
- Honest assessment, not a sales pitch
2
Application
University application preparation and submission
We prepare your documents, review your application materials, manage deadlines, and submit to partner universities on your behalf. We track the status and keep you informed at every stage.
- Direct working relationships with admissions offices
3
Acceptance
Visa processing, insurance, and legal paperwork
Student visa guidance, health insurance enrollment, consulate appointment preparation, and documentation required by European immigration authorities. We walk you through the full file.
- Visa support for students from multiple countries
4
Pre-departure
Housing, orientation, and family briefing
We help arrange your accommodation, run pre-departure briefings with you and your family, and walk you through what to expect in your first week. You board the plane with a plan.
- Parents receive their own briefing
5
On the ground
Arrival support and ongoing check-ins
From airport coordination to residence permit registration and local setup. We provide a named on-ground contact and stay in touch throughout your program, not just at the start.
- Reachable by phone, WhatsApp, and email
6
After the program
Stay-back guidance and career next steps
For students who want to stay in Europe after graduation: post-study work permit guidance and residency pathway information. For those coming home: transcript verification and credential recognition support.
- Both pathways supported

What makes us different
We are accountable to you and your family from the first conversation to the last.
We screen before we recommend
We run a real eligibility assessment before taking on any student. If a program is not the right fit, we say so. If it is, we show you exactly where you belong and how to get there.
We have done this ourselves
Our founder studied in Italy, earned a degree there, and built a career in Europe before starting ApplyAZ. The team she built shares that lived experience. We know the process because we went through it.

Our team
Small by design. Every person owns a specific part of your journey.
When you work with ApplyAZ, you are not assigned to a queue. Each stage of your process has a named person responsible for it — someone who knows your file, your timeline, and your family's situation.
When a student's visa appointment shifts, the person handling housing already knows. When a parent has a question at 10pm the night before departure, there is a specific phone number to call, not a contact form.
We are based in Toronto with operational support in Italy.
The ApplyAZ promise
