We take no commission from any university, we’re selective about who we take on, and once you’re in, we handle everything with you, from your first eligibility check to your first week in Italy.

Our story
In 2015, our founder left home for Italy to study a Master’s in Finance at the University of Tor Vergata, a public university in Rome. She found her own apartment, navigated Italian bureaucracy and earned her degree, taught entirely in English. After graduating, she was offered a position at the United Nations in Rome.
Along the way, people began reaching out. Friends, then strangers, all asking the same question: how did you actually get there, and who helped you? The answer was no one. She had figured it out alone.
People were not looking for information. They were looking for guidance they could trust, from someone who understood both the practical steps and the emotional weight of the decision.
That is the gap ApplyAZ was built to close. A team of people who have walked this path themselves, working only with Italy’s public universities and only for the student, from the first eligibility check to the day they arrive on campus.

Before you apply
We look at your academic background, English, budget and goals, then tell you honestly whether an Italian public university is realistic. If it is, your roadmap shows the universities, the DSU pathway and every step to arrival.

Application
We shortlist 20 to 30 English-taught programmes at public universities, write your CV and a tailored SOP for each one, complete your Universitaly pre-enrolment and submit every application on time.

Acceptance
We prepare and file your DSU scholarship application, then build your type D student visa file: proof of funds, accommodation, health insurance and your consulate appointment. We walk you through every document.

Pre-departure
We help arrange your accommodation, run pre-departure briefings with you and your family, and walk you through what to expect in your first week. You board the plane with a plan.

On the ground
From airport coordination to residence permit registration and local setup. We provide a named on-ground contact and stay in touch throughout your programme, not just at the start.

After the programme
For students who want to stay in Italy after graduation: guidance on the 12-month job-search permit, work permits and long-term residence. For those heading home: transcript verification and credential recognition support.

We recommend only Italian public universities. We have no tie-ups with private colleges, and no university pays us to send students. That’s our whole conflict-of-interest policy: there’s nothing to disclose, because nobody else is paying us.
If your profile is strong and you’re organised, the roadmap from your consultation may be all you need to apply on your own through Universitaly. We’ll say so. And if a public university in Italy isn’t realistic for you yet, we’ll say that too.
Universities decide admissions, regions decide DSU scholarships and consulates decide visas. We don’t promise any of them. What we promise is expert work on every step, and an honest read of your chances before you pay.
Your first step is a 30-minute consultation. The fee depends on your country and degree, and it is refundable if it isn’t useful. After that, you pay as results arrive: admission, DSU submission, visa. No admission, and we refund your starting fee. The terms are in writing before you begin.
Each stage of your journey has a named person on our team who knows your file, your timeline and your family’s situation. Help is there through your dashboard messages and email, before you leave and after you land in Italy.
Harshit studies medicine in Ancona with a DSU scholarship of €6,000 a year. Aneek and Ismit study in Pavia with €8,000 a year each. Madelyne pays no tuition at the University of Tuscia.

You don’t have to wait for graduation to apply. Many Italian public universities accept final-year students on their current transcripts, with the degree certificate sent later. We plan your timeline so you don’t lose a year.
In your consultation we look at your family’s income documents and tell you honestly whether a DSU scholarship is realistic, or whether to plan as self-funded. Either way, you see real numbers before you commit.
