Where things stand: 29 September 2026

The 2027/28 calls are not published yet; for 2026/27, Data Analytics closed its non-EU call on 21 September 2026, and English-taught Medicine fills 50 non-EU places through the IMAT held on 29 September 2026. The 2026/27 manifesto is published, but its flat fees for foreign students cannot be read in its text, so those two amounts are the 2025/26 ones. Every figure below was verified on 28 and 29 September 2026 against the official source linked beside it; rupees use the FBIL reference rate of 21 September 2026, €1 = ₹109.90.

ISEE €22,000.01 to €30,000By formulaA contribution of 7% of the ISEE above €22,000, cut further by a reduction table, plus stamp duty and regional tax. Example (derived): an ISEE of €26,000 gives at most €280 (₹31,000) before the reductions
Top band or no ISEE, Area Scientifica 2 (Mathematics and Physics, Environmental and Biological Sciences, Engineering, Economics)€2,702 (₹3.0 lakh)€2,529 in seven instalments, including the €16 stamp duty, plus the €173 regional tax (derived), within the normal course length plus one year; covers Data Analytics, Physics, Data Science and Molecular Biotechnology
Top band or no ISEE, Area Scientifica 1 (Medicine, Architecture, Psychology)€2,907 (₹3.2 lakh)€2,734 including the €16 stamp duty, plus €173 (derived); covers the medicine departments, including English-taught Medicine, and Architecture
Foreign students on the flat fee (2025/26 amounts)€202 or €500 (₹22,000 or ₹55,000)An all-inclusive contribution: €202 for students from developing countries and €500 for other foreign students, plus stamp duty and regional tax, unless they qualify for less. The 2026/27 amounts cannot be read in the manifesto
ADISURC scholarship winners€16 (₹2,000)ADISURC refunds the university fees and the regional tax paid, leaving the €16 stamp duty (derived)

The regional tax is ADISURC's: €130 up to an ISEEU of €25,500, €151 up to €51,000 or for a family living abroad, and €173 above that or with no ISEEU (ADISURC regional tax 2026/27). Students without an ISEE pay the top band, but foreign students pay the flat contribution below unless an ISEE gives them less. The manifesto's instalment dates cannot be read in its text.

The 2026/27 manifesto sets two flat all-inclusive contributions for foreign students, one for developing countries and one for all others, but its amounts cannot be read in the text. In 2025/26 they were €202 (₹22,000) and €500 (₹55,000), charged unless a student qualified for a lower contribution or the total exemption under the national no-tax rules. Source: Vanvitelli, fee manifesto 2025/26 (foreign students).

Worked example: On the 2025/26 flat fees, since the 2026/27 amounts cannot be read, a first-year student from India would pay €667 (₹73,000) a year: €500 for other foreign students, the €151 regional tax for a family abroad and €16 stamp duty (derived). The manifesto names no countries, and if India counted as a developing country the total would be €348 (₹38,000). We confirm the 2026/27 amount and the fee route for you, file the documents with the university and prepare the ISEE parificato for the ADISURC scholarship with you.

Reality check

  • Medicine places are few. English-taught Medicine in Naples has 50 places for non-EU applicants living abroad in 2026/27, and they compete only against others who pre-enrolled at Vanvitelli.
  • A low IMAT score adds work. Students admitted to English-taught Medicine with under 25 points take extra classes in chemistry, physics and biology and must pass a test by 31 March of their first year.
  • Documents decide the fee. Foreign students paid a flat €202 or €500 (₹22,000 or ₹55,000) in 2025/26 unless they qualified for less, and the ADISURC scholarship needs an ISEE parificato by 31 March 2027.
  • Italian still matters. Italian is not an entry requirement in the Mathematics and Physics department, but it expects foreign students to reach B2 during their studies, and the Italian-taught bachelor's test entrants in Italian.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and the ADISURC application, prepared with you. The university decides admission, ADISURC decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

How does ApplyAZ handle applications to the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli?

For eligible students, we take care of the whole application to the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli. We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare the ADISURC scholarship application with you.

We work only with Italian public universities, and we do not promise outcomes: the university decides admission, ADISURC decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.
