Our Story
The Story of ApplyAZ
We chose Italy to study for free over high-tuition private universities, studied there, and learned thesystem the hard way—forms, deadlines, and bureaucracy. After graduating, we made a simple promise:no student should have to fight that alone.
Today, 100% of our operations team studied in Italy. That’s deliberate. We want people whoknow the process from the inside and care enough to do the hard work—documents, scholarshipdossiers, visa files—so students can focus on learning, not paperwork.
We’re student-first and take no university commissions. We put tuition-free public programsfirst, add scholarship support, and guide the journey end to end. The work is demanding. That’swhy we’re here.
What we do for every student
- One student at a time. We learn each student’s full story—marks, subjects, gaps, goals.
- Hand-picked programs. We search public universities and shortlist options that trulymatch each student’s profile and interests.
- Documents done right. We draft/refine SOPs and CVs, provide samples and 60-secguides, and QC every form and transcript before submission.
- Scholarships, case by case. We build dossiers 1:1 around each student’s family incomeand proofs. Missing documents? We find compliant alternatives and keep moving.
- Visa without guesswork. We assemble the file end to end—funds, insurance, itinerary,first stay—and book VFS; if an interview is requested (rare), we mentor.
- Clear, calm progress. Single upload, clean checklists, proactive updates in the dashboard.
- Aligned incentives. No university commissions; advice stays student-first.
- Service commitment. We do the hard work carefully and on time; admissions,scholarships, and visas are decided by institutions, but the quality of our work is on us.
