How tuition works at Marche Polytechnic University

At Marche Polytechnic University, tuition follows family income, measured by the ISEE, and an ISEE up to €28,000 falls in the no-tax area. Families abroad can file an ISEE parificato, and first-year students from non-OECD countries such as India pay only the first instalment without one. ERDIS Marche scholarship winners are exempt from tuition, so study can be tuition-free for eligible students.

Students who give no consent to the ISEE check by 5 November 2026 pay the course maximum, except non-OECD citizens in their first year (maximum contribution table). Dentistry, Medicine and Engineering carry the highest contributions. ERDIS scholarship winners and eligible students pay only the stamp duty.

Source: Regolamento relativo alla contribuzione studentesca and the Tasse e contributi 2026/27 page.

Families with income or assets abroad can request an ISEE parificato from a CAF and file it by 5 November 2026. Without one, citizens of OECD countries pay the course maximum, while citizens of non-OECD or developing countries, such as India, pay only the first instalment in their first year. Source: Marche Polytechnic, Tuition fee regulations.

Worked example: A first-year student from India pays only the first instalment in 2026/27 even without an ISEE parificato, because India is outside the OECD. An ISEE parificato up to €28,000 falls in the no-tax area, and in later years both routes keep the lowest rate only with the required credits. We prepare the documents with you, file them with the university and prepare the ERDIS Marche scholarship application with you at the same time.

Reality check

  • Medicine places are limited. English-taught Medicine and Surgery has 50 places for non-EU applicants living abroad in 2026/27, filled through the IMAT held on 29 September 2026.
  • Rounds close early. For 2026/27, non-EU visa applicants had to apply on MoveIn by 30 June 2026, or by 31 July 2026 from India and the other listed countries, with at most two applications each.
  • Credits decide the fee after year one. Students from non-OECD countries such as India pay only the first instalment in the first year, but later years keep the lowest rate only with the required credits.
  • Italian still matters. Daily life, internships and Italian-taught courses need it; Italian-taught degrees ask for B2.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and the DSU application, prepared with you. The university decides admission, the region decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare the DSU scholarship application (ERDIS Marche) with you.
