Fees and scholarships
Univpm charges non-EU citizens of non-OECD countries €156 for the first year, according to its international FAQ, and keeps the reduced amount in later years if you meet the credit targets by 10 August. Non-EU citizens of OECD countries are assessed on an ISEE parificato submitted by 5 November, otherwise they pay the maximum. The regional agency ERDIS Marche awards scholarships, so this master's can be tuition-free for eligible students.
How to apply from outside the EU
Start with the pre-evaluation procedure on the GoMoveIn portal: up to two programmes, €10 per application. The faculty then checks that your engineering background gives you adequate preparation. For 2026/27, rounds for free-access courses ran from 16 December 2025 to 30 June 2026, with a July round for a listed group of countries.
After a positive reply, pre-enrol on Universitaly, apply for a type D study visa and enrol from mid July. Dates for 2027/28 are not published yet.
