How tuition works at the University of Camerino

Tuition at the University of Camerino follows family income (ISEE), and under the 2025/26 rules an ISEE-U up to €26,000 falls in the no-tax area. Non-EU, non-OECD students living abroad pay a flat fee, not an income-based one, and study can be tuition-free for eligible students with a DSU scholarship.

Apart from flat-fee students, anyone who files no ISEE-U, or has one above €60,000, falls in the top band for the course. The 2025/26 deadline to authorise the ISEE-U was 12 December 2025.

Source: Manifesto degli Studi 2025-2026 and the fees for foreign students page. Rupees use the FBIL reference rate of 21 September 2026, €1 = ₹109.90.

Students from outside the EU and the OECD who do not live in Italy follow a flat-fee route instead, with one group for particularly poor or developing countries on the ministry's list (Type A) and another for other non-OECD countries (Type B). The flat fee changes only from the second year beyond the normal length of the course, and EU and OECD students not resident in Italy file an ISEE-U parificato. Source: Camerino, fees for foreign students.

Students from India: India is a non-OECD country outside the ministry's list of particularly poor countries, so students from India follow the Type B flat-fee route. The fee page gives no year, and it offers the ISEE-U parificato route only to EU and OECD students. We prepare the documents with you, file them with the university and prepare the ERDIS Marche scholarship application with you at the same time.

For international students, Camerino also offers an all-inclusive package with one yearly price covering accommodation, meals, administrative assistance, sports enrolment and language courses, according to its fees for foreign students page. We compare it with the flat fee and an ERDIS place for the families we work with.

Two national schemes are open to international students too: our guides to the MAECI scholarship and Invest Your Talent in Italy explain who can apply.

What does it cost to live in Camerino?

For the study visa, the consulate asks you to show at least €10,179.85 (₹11.2 lakh) a year for living costs in Camerino or any other Italian city. That is a floor, not a full budget: rent is the biggest cost, and a DSU residence place is much cheaper than a private room.

Reality check

  • Most English-taught options are master's. We list 7 English-taught programmes at Camerino, and 6 of them are two-year master's degrees in the sciences.
  • No closing date is printed. The 2026/27 pre-admission opened on 15 November 2025 with no closing date published, so we file early for eligible students.
  • Documents decide enrolment. Camerino asks for the original diploma and a CIMEA statement of comparability and verification at enrolment.
  • Italian still matters. Daily life, internships and Italian-taught courses need it; Italian-taught degrees ask for B2.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and the DSU application, prepared with you. The university decides admission, the region decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

How does ApplyAZ handle applications to the University of Camerino?

For eligible students, we take care of the whole application to the University of Camerino. We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare the DSU scholarship application (ERDIS Marche) with you.

We work only with Italian public universities, and we do not promise outcomes: the university decides admission, the region decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.
