How tuition works at the University of Bari Aldo Moro

Tuition at the University of Bari Aldo Moro follows family income (ISEE) in 2026/27, and an ISEE up to €26,000 falls in the no-tax area. Families whose income and assets are only abroad pay a fixed contribution by country group instead, and study can be tuition-free for eligible students who win an ADISU Puglia scholarship.

Tuition follows family income (ISEE). Families with income only abroad pay a fixed contribution by country group instead, and ADISU Puglia scholarship winners and eligible students are exempt from the yearly contribution.

The ISEE should be signed by 15 December 2026. Applicants with a foreign qualification have it evaluated on Apply online.

Students whose family lives abroad, with income and assets only abroad, pay a fixed yearly contribution set by the family's country group, whatever their citizenship; the ISEE route, the no-tax area and ISEE reductions do not apply. The ADISU Puglia scholarship, which brings a full fee exemption, uses the family's own certificates instead. Source: UniBa, fee regulation 2026/27 (international students).

Worked example: A first-year student from India whose family lives and earns only in India pays the fixed 2026/27 contribution for India's country group, whatever the family income. We work out the exact figure for you before enrolment. If the student wins or is eligible for an ADISU Puglia scholarship, the contribution is waived in full, so we prepare that application and the family certificates with you, and you submit it from your own ADISU account.

Reality check

  • Medicine places are very few. English-taught Medicine and Surgery has 11 places for non-EU applicants living abroad in 2026/27, 3 of them for Marco Polo, and 89 for EU and Italy-resident applicants.
  • The visa deadline comes early. For 2026/27, non-EU applicants needing a visa had to apply on Apply online by 30 June 2026, three months before the Universitaly date for open-access courses.
  • Documents decide the grant. Families with income only abroad pay a fixed amount by country group, and the ADISU Puglia scholarship that waives it needs the family's legalised certificates by its August deadline.
  • Italian still matters. Italian-taught degrees ask for an Italian test or a B2 certificate, and we list 8 English-taught programmes at UniBa, most of them master's.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and the ADISU Puglia application and family certificates, prepared with you for you to submit from your own ADISU account. The university decides admission, ADISU Puglia decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

How does ApplyAZ handle applications to the University of Bari Aldo Moro?

For eligible students, we take care of the whole application to the University of Bari Aldo Moro. We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare the ADISU Puglia application that you submit from your own account.

We work only with Italian public universities, and we do not promise outcomes: the university decides admission, ADISU Puglia decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.
