Fees and scholarships
Roma Tre does not charge one fixed tuition fee: each student's annual contribution depends on their ISEE income band, as set in the Regolamento Tasse, with a €16 stamp duty and the Lazio regional tax (€140 in 2025/26) on top. DiSCo Lazio offers income-based scholarships and housing that eligible students can apply for; the region decides awards. The programme can be tuition-free for eligible students.

Check the grade threshold first: the teaching board expects at least 101/110 or a B average, and reviews your credits in politics, economics, law, history and languages. Non-EU applicants living abroad submit a request on Roma Tre's GOMP portal and pre-enrol on Universitaly. For 2026/27 the ordinary period ran from 7 April to 15 September 2026, and a late period to 15 December carried a surcharge. Admitted students enrol by paying the first instalment, then apply for a type D study visa.
