Families whose income and assets are only abroad cannot get a university ISEE, so the university sets a flat contribution by country group (Article 9 and Table 6), and the regulation does not mention an ISEE parificato. India is in Group B, at €300 a year plus €156 on the English-taught degrees we list, and a valid ISEE-U, if the family has one, replaces the flat fee. Source: Teramo fee regulation 2026/27, Article 9 and Table 6.

Worked example: With income only in India, a first-year student pays €456 (₹50,000) in 2026/27 on any English-taught degree we list: the €300 Group B flat contribution, plus the €140 regional tax and €16 stamp duty (derived). The fee needs no income documents; a valid ISEE-U, which needs income or assets in Italy, would replace it. We prepare the documents with you and file them with the university, and we check ADSU Teramo's 2026/27 call before preparing any scholarship application with you.

For the study visa, the consulate asks you to show at least €10,179.85 (₹11.2 lakh) a year for living costs in Teramo or any other Italian city. That is a floor, not a full budget: rent is the biggest cost, and registration with the Italian national health service adds €700 (₹77,000) a year.

Reality check

  • The bachelor's tests do not select. CEnT-S only sets catch-up credits for Biotechnology and Business Management, but the two English-taught master's need a positive assessment test to enrol.
  • The visa window is fixed. For 2026/27, Universitaly pre-enrolment and the visa request run from April to 30 November 2026, and enrolment without a late fee closes on 5 November 2026.
  • The fee needs no income papers. A family with income only in India pays the flat €456 (₹50,000) a year on any English-taught degree we list, regional tax and stamp duty included.
  • Italian still matters. Italian-taught degrees ask for B2 Italian, by a certificate or at least 55 in CISIA's Italian L2 test, and daily life and internships need it too.

What we handle: the shortlist, the fee route, the income documents, the programme applications, the Universitaly pre-enrolment, the visa file and any ADSU Teramo application the call allows, prepared with you. The university decides admission, ADSU Teramo decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.

How does ApplyAZ handle applications to the University of Teramo?

We shortlist programmes against your profile and their entry tests, prepare the documents and the family's income papers, file each programme application, complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, handle the visa file and prepare any ADSU Teramo scholarship application the call allows with you.

We work only with Italian public universities, and we do not promise outcomes: the university decides admission, ADSU Teramo decides the DSU scholarship and the consulate decides the visa.
