How tuition works at d'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara
At d'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, tuition follows family income, measured by the ISEE-U, and an ISEE-U up to €24,000 falls in the no-tax area. Families abroad can file an ISEE-U parificato or take the flat fee set for their country group, and ADSU Chieti-Pescara scholarship winners are exempt from the instalments after the first, so study can be tuition-free for eligible students.
Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and a few other Italian-taught courses carry a higher contribution (Allegato 1, Tables 2A to 2D), and none of the English-taught degrees we list is among them. The ISEE-U is due by 31 January 2027, or by 30 April 2027 with a late fee, and the second and third instalments by 28 February and 30 April 2027 (fee regulations in English).
Source: Regolamento Tasse e Contributi Universitari a.a. 2026/2027, Allegato 1, COA formulas 2026/27 and Allegato 2, countries by income group. Rupees use the FBIL reference rate of 21 September 2026, €1 = ₹109.90.
Families abroad can file an ISEE-U parificato from a CAF, at no cost at one of the university's partner CAFs, under the same rules as the ISEE-U (section 2.2.2). Without it, the university sets a flat contribution by country of citizenship (section 2.4), and Allegato 2 puts India in Group B. Source: Chieti-Pescara fee regulation 2026/27, sections 2.2.2 and 2.4.
Worked example: With a family ISEE-U parificato of €15,000, a first-year student from India would fall inside the no-tax area in 2026/27, because the regulation lets the parificato stand in for the ISEE-U (derived). Without a parificato, the flat Group B fee for India applies instead, so we compare the two routes for each family. We prepare the ISEE-U parificato documents with you for a partner CAF, and we prepare the ADSU Chieti-Pescara scholarship application with the student, who confirms it from their own ADSU account.

Reality check
- Places are capped on some courses. Economics and Finance has 100 places for non-EU applicants living abroad in 2026/27, filled in order of registration, and Rehabilitation Sciences has 21 national places.
- The visa deadline comes first. Applications and master's pre-evaluation run to 31 January 2027, but visa applications for 2026/27 must reach the consulate by 30 November 2026.
- Documents decide the fee route. With an ISEE-U parificato of €15,000, a family from India would fall in the no-tax area; without one, the flat Group B fee for India applies.
- Italian still matters. Some of the master's we list, such as Computational Cognitive Science and Rehabilitation Sciences, also ask for B2 Italian, as do Italian-taught bachelor's, and daily life needs it.
