The 2026/27 fee call sets a fixed, non-recalculable fee of €2,990 a year for non-EU students whose household is not resident in Italy, reduced to €996.66 for citizens of countries on the ministry's list of particularly poor countries. An ISEE parificato lowers only the regional tax. How to apply from outside the EU
There is no entrance test: the committee looks at your GPA, transcript and CV. For 2027/28, non-EU applicants living abroad apply in Call One (15 September to 15 November 2026) or Call Two (1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027) on apply.unipd.it, uploading a motivation letter and English certificate and paying €60. Legalised documents are not needed to apply.
If you are admitted, a non-refundable €208 fee confirms your place. You then complete Universitaly pre-enrolment, apply for a type D study visa and, by 31 August 2027, have your degree and transcript legalised, apostilled or verified by CIMEA. Studies begin on 1 October 2027.
