Fees and scholarships
This degree falls in fee Group A. The 2026/27 fee call sets a fixed €2,790 a year for non-EU students whose family lives outside Italy, and €930 for citizens of countries on the ministry's list of particularly poor countries; an ISEE parificato alters only the regional tax. A Veneto regional scholarship brings exemption from the fee, which means zero euro tuition for eligible students, and international applicants living abroad are considered for merit fee waivers. How to apply from outside the EU
Submit your application on apply.unipd.it, with your transcript, degree certificate, CV, motivation letter and English certificate, and pay €60; documents in English or Italian are accepted. For 2027/28, non-EU applicants living abroad can apply from 15 September to 15 November 2026 or from 1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027.
If you are admitted, you pay €208 to accept the place, pre-enrol on Universitaly and apply for a type D study visa. By 31 August 2027 you present your degree and transcript legalised, apostilled or verified by CIMEA.
