Fees and scholarships
As a School of Science degree, Computer Science is in fee Group B. For 2026/27, non-EU students whose family lives abroad pay a fixed, non-recalculable €2,990 a year, reduced to €996.66 for citizens of countries on the ministry's list of particularly poor countries. The ISEE parificato changes only the regional tax. Winners of the Veneto regional scholarship are exempt, which means zero euro tuition for eligible students, and applicants living abroad are also considered for merit fee waivers. See the fees page.

You apply on apply.unipd.it: create an account, upload your transcript, degree certificate, CV, motivation letter and English certificate, and pay €60. For 2027/28, non-EU applicants living abroad have two windows, 15 September to 15 November 2026 and 1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027; the third call is reserved for EU citizens and non-EU residents of Italy.
After admission you pay €208 to accept your place, complete the Universitaly pre-enrolment and apply for a type D study visa. Your degree and transcript must be legalised, apostilled or verified by CIMEA by 31 August 2027. Studies begin on 1 October 2027.
