How the programme is taught
Teaching runs over six semesters and mixes lectures, laboratory sessions and tutorials; each credit stands for 25 hours of total work. You can replace one elective with a traineeship of up to 6 ECTS, and spend a period abroad through Erasmus+, earning up to 60 ECTS at a partner university. The degree ends with a 6 ECTS thesis, a technical report or project that you present. Part-time study over six years is also possible.

Graduates can work in software companies, ICT service providers, network and telecom operators, embedded and IoT developers, system integrators, industrial automation, cybersecurity firms and public bodies with large IT systems. Fees and scholarships
Cassino does not use ISEE bands for non-Italian students. Instead, the yearly tuition depends on your country of origin, using World Bank income groups: €600, €1,000 or €1,400, plus a €16 stamp tax and a €140 regional tax. The regional body DiSCo Lazio awards income-based scholarships that include a full fee waiver, meals and housing support, so this programme can be tuition-free for eligible students.
How to apply from outside the EU
If your diploma is not Italian, start with pre-admission on the university's GOMP student portal. Upload your school transcript, CV, motivation letter, English certificate and passport, then pay the €15 pre-admission contribution; the result arrives by email. The degree's site says admission for 2027/28 opens in 2027 and advises applying early.
Once pre-admitted, you complete pre-enrolment on Universitaly, which opens around the end of March for the coming year, and apply for a type D study visa. Your qualification needs a Declaration of Value or a CIMEA statement. Final enrolment happens in Cassino after arrival.
