- Electives such as Embedded and Real Time Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics or Data Science and Automation

How the programme is taught
The large second-year Mechatronic Systems Lab gives the course a strong hands-on side. Students of either curriculum can also apply in their first year for a double degree with the University of Stuttgart (MSc Mechatronics): the first year is spent in Bergamo, the second in Stuttgart with an 18 ECTS research project and a thesis supervised by both universities. Fees are paid only at the home university, and Erasmus+ funds support mobility.
Career paths
Graduates work at technical and managerial level, mainly in manufacturing but also in energy plants, industrial maintenance and transport. The course lists these tasks:
