Named bachelor’s route and other qualifications
The admission notice names L-18 Business Administration, L-33 Economics and equivalent former-system economics degrees. A qualifying first-cycle university award is required; the foreign-places document requires an official award allowing comparable second-cycle study in the foreign system. Medical or nursing employment alone does not establish the prescribed economics/business academic preparation. Other degree fields may be considered through the explicit credit route. [1, 5]

- Economics: at least five credits in ECON-01/A or ECON-02/A. [1]
- Business/management: at least 15 credits in ECON-06/A, /07/A, /08/A or /09/A, including at least six accounting credits in ECON-06/A. The accounting six are part of the 15, not six added to the 30 total. [1]
- Statistics: five credits in STAT-01/A. [1]
- Private law: five credits. The newer September remedial-course table clarifies GIUR-01/A for private law; the August notice has a typographical sector label. [1, 3]
Required English B2 and assessment boundaries
The current programme admission notice requires English certification at B2 or higher. It does not publish a universal IELTS/TOEFL score, certificate-validity period, native/MOI waiver or alternative language test. Another university’s MOI exemption does not carry over to this course unless the university documents it. [1]
The reserved-places document lists Healthcare Management among programmes without a competitive admission examination. The reviewed current programme notices do not specify a mandatory online motivation interview or its scoring. Academic eligibility/credit review and English certification remain necessary, and we follow the department’s actual instruction for any further assessment. Enrolment with missing credits: explicit 2026/27 permission
The 19 August notice allows enrolment even if all minimum curricular credits are not yet held, with the deficit completed during year one. The 28/29 September English notice confirms that students may regularly attend first-year master’s teaching and take the corresponding examinations while completing the additional admission credits. This permission addresses missing subject credits, not a missing bachelor’s degree or English requirement. [2, 3]
Completing the required credits during 2026/27 permits normal progression to year two in 2027/28 after the prescribed first-year completion. If the missing credits are not completed, the August notice describes registration as a repeating first-year student. That notice’s final sentence has an inconsistent year reference, which does not create an unlimited credit extension. We confirm the individual completion and continuation plan with the department. Which additional courses cover the deficit
The department lists Economics 5 ECTS in ECON-01/A; Accounting 6 in ECON-06/A; Management 9 in ECON-07/A; Statistics 5 in STAT-01/A; and Private Law 5 in GIUR-01/A. Supplementary UMG courses or single courses at legally recognised universities may establish the deficit requirements, subject to recognition. We contact the course lecturer before you prepare for or book the exam, and request the syllabi or individual plan from the coordinator. [1, 3]
The remedial teaching is offered in Italian, but its examinations may be taken in English. The September 2026 table labels the earliest exam dates “January 2026,” which precedes the notice, so we work from the actual lecturer and department schedule for each remedial examination. [3]
The individual curricular check
The admission notices require a written expression of interest to the programme administration, with the completed examination list, subject-sector codes and credit values. We send this request with your complete records so the department can identify which of the 30 credits are met, the six-credit accounting subset and the exact deficit. Overseas qualification and two-stage registration
The international notice requires applicable Universitaly pre-enrolment with valid passport, photograph and qualifying academic award, accompanied by the DOV and/or CIMEA statement appropriate to the individual case. Provide the prescribed Italian translations and legalisation/Apostille where applicable. The 2026/27 university list reserves five non-EU places for Healthcare Management; it is a reservation, not a published merit score, and it does not show how many places remained on 6 October. [4, 5]
After the preliminary Universitaly stage, register and enrol exclusively online in Esse3 under the relevant Director General’s decree. Enter the complete personal/contact/domicile information. The course’s published 5 November document date is not proof that every applicant category or overseas selection remains open until then. Exact eligibility for the current registration must follow the decree and department decision; no 2027/28 application date is established by these sources. [4]
96 hours after online submission and originals by 5 November
Within 96 hours of submitting the online enrolment application, print/sign it, pay the required fees and submit the required documentation. Include the payment receipt and signed copy of valid identity evidence. The notice permits delivery in person, by a properly authorised third party or preliminary email submission to programme administration. [4]
If documents are submitted by email, originals must still reach the university by 5 November 2026. The 96-hour completion rule applies to the individual online submission, separately from the academic year’s outer deadline. A saved online profile, email interest request or Universitaly validation alone is not perfected enrolment. [4]

Lectures are combined with workshops on leadership, communication and change management, and with hands-on learning in the field. The university works closely with the Renato Dulbecco University Hospital (AOU R. Dulbecco), which gives students direct contact with how a hospital is run.
The study plan includes a compulsory internship in public or private health organisations. The university also plans to involve visiting professors from abroad, and students can spend a period abroad through Erasmus.

Graduates are prepared for management and leadership roles in hospitals, local health authorities and research hospitals, in consultancies and in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.
