Job Description
Be the trusted guide for our students as they land in Italy. You’ll turn arrivals into smooth starts,
help them settle with confidence, and build a sense of community that feels like home.
What you’ll do
- Lead the journey from admission to a confident first semester: pre-departure prep, arrival touchpoints, and ongoing check-ins.
- Run warm, structured onboarding: housing basics, codice fiscale, bank/SIM setup,health registration, permesso di soggiorno guidance (no legal advice).
- Coordinate orientation sessions and local city/university briefings; build student communities and peer circles.
- Track well-being and academic adjustment; triage and escalate issues quickly with the right stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous CRM documentation and weekly student satisfaction reporting (NPS/CSAT).
- Build a local network of reliable vendors and services; secure student-friendly perks.
- Host helpful workshops: budgeting, transport, cultural norms, study skills
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in student services, international programs, or hospitality operations; Italy experience required.
- Fluent English; Hindi or another major Indian language strongly preferred; Italian B1+ a plus.
- Empathy with operational discipline—calm under pressure, precise in follow-through.
- Proven coordination with universities, landlords, and community providers.
- CRM rigor; data-literate, organized, dependable.
