Job Description

Build bridges that expand opportunity. You’ll source, structure, and scale partnerships across India—schools, test-prep centers, community organizations, and creators—to help more students access high-quality public universities in Europe.

What you’ll do

  • Map and prioritize the partner landscape; run outreach, diligence, and structured pilots.
  • Negotiate clear, performance-based agreements with student outcomes at the center.
  • Co-design partner funnels: workshops, webinars, referral flows, tracking, and reporting.
  • Enable partners with playbooks, training, creative toolkits, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast; deliver accurate volume and revenue projections.
  • Safeguard brand standards and compliance; align closely with Marketing, Ops, Legal, and Finance.
  • Monitor partner health: contribution to qualified leads/enrollments, retention, and NPS.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in partnerships/channel sales/BD in education or adjacent sectors; deep India market knowledge.
  • Strong contracting and stakeholder management; comfortable with targets and accountability.
  • Data-literate: attribution, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics.
  • Executive-level communication; credible with senior leaders and community influencers alike.
