Job Description

Own day-to-day growth across performance and lifecycle marketing for the India market. You’ll turn insights into campaigns that consistently convert curiosity into applications—and applications into starts.

What you’ll do

  • Drive CRO across site and app: funnel analysis, landing tests, heatmaps, message experiments.
  • Build lifecycle programs in Intercom: segmentation, scoring, email/SMS journeys, and content personalization.
  • Develop SEO foundations: keyword clusters, briefs, and technical hygiene with engineering.
  • Own weekly reporting: CAC/LTV, attribution, cohort views; translate data into action.
  • Coordinate creators/influencers and micro-partnerships to scale efficient acquisition.
  • Keep the brand voice crisp, helpful, and consistent across touchpoints.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–6 years in performance/lifecycle marketing; education or India market experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GA4; Intercom familiarity.
  • Test-and-learn rigor; bias to ship, measure, refine; strong written communication.
  • Bonus: Looker Studio/SQL comfort for faster insights.
